The short version: we measure how people find and use this site, and we only receive your personal details when you write to us or book a call.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share: name, email, company, and your message. Scheduling is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
We use PostHog to see how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, and a visitor ID kept in a cookie) and Clearbit to identify the company behind a visit from its IP address. Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and OpenAI's ads measurement tell us which ads bring people here and whether they book a call. These services set cookies or similar identifiers and receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site works the same without them. Server logs may briefly retain standard request data for security and abuse prevention.
Processors
Contact form submissions are stored in our CMS and emailed to the team through Resend. Scheduling runs on Calendly. The site is hosted on Railway. Analytics and ad measurement run on PostHog, Clearbit (HubSpot), Google, and OpenAI, and the review badge in the footer loads from Clutch. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship. Ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through the form and we will handle it promptly.
